What I do at Firefish

In my role as Customer Support Team Lead, I manage our support desk ensuring our clients receive the best help and support as possible, making sure they have the best possible experience with Firefish and in turn making it easier for them to find top talent!

In a  typical week, I respond to support tickets, write best practice guides and work to identify areas of improvement in Firefish and our processes!

Did you know...

As a big football fan, I spend most Saturdays going to a match, which usually involves a trip to the pub! I also like to get up as many hills as possible and out on my Kayak!
