What I do at Firefish

I oversee the Operations function of the business which is made up of Finance, Compliance and Talent. I support and help execute the plans & strategies of the function as well as working together as a team in ensuring compliance & making creative decisions to enhance our culture! We are currently the smallest team but we cover a lot of areas between us!

Working for a company who as well as being so transparent with their employees, also provide great opportunities to evolve and improve their career journey! It is also amazing to see how important culture is to Firefish, with exciting company events and treats always just around the corner for everyone to enjoy!
