I am the Application Support Team lead and my tasks include making sure backlog is always in manageable state, managing customer and business expectations while keeping my team motivated and involved in business objectives.
Why I enjoy working at Firefish
The pace is a very important thing for me, in Firefish things change so quickly. The other thing which really attracts me is that Firefish software caters all types of business with one code base e.g. Starter, Professional, Enterprise etc. and the code is very well written.
Did you know...
When I'm not upgrading clients and doing SSL renewals, I like to spend time with my son. I spend a lot of time talking to my parents too as they are living alone.
