What I do at Firefish

I am the Data Team Lead and my duties involve ticket management within the Data Team and conducting weekly and monthly reports. I also help pick up the day-to-day tickets that come through and work closely with the guys in the Customer Team.

Why I like working at Firefish

For me it’s the opportunity to work in a fast-paced modern environment where I can learn and pass on knowledge. Even though we are WFA, the fact Firefish are Glasgow based makes a big difference to my regular commute. Also everyone is supportive and easy to communicate with.

Did you know...

In my spare time I love to play guitar and have regular jam sessions with my friends. Most of my nights and Saturdays are taken up by driving my oldest daughter to football, she plays for Hibernian Under 15s.

Fun Fact

My Gran has a cousin who wrestled and kept a Grizzly Bear. I met the bear when I was younger before it escaped after swimming in the sea of the West coast of Scotland. The bear was eventually found!
