What I do at Firefish

I am the Customer Success Functional Lead – which is a new role to the company so it's very exciting! I am responsible for helping clients fully utilise Firefish software so that they are most successful! I also help with any support queries and generally providing account management to clients so they stick with us.

Why I enjoy working at Firefish

I like being able to make a difference and provide an excellent level of support to clients. I also think fitting in with the culture and becoming part of the team is pivotal for success to the role. I am also looking forward to taking on a new challenge and learning lots!

Did you know...

When I'm not busy supporting our customers, I like to walk my dog, he’s tiny though and I like to go for long hikes so he usually demands to be carried half way through! I am also partial to a few drinks and some nice food somewhere!

Fun Fact

I lived in Germany for a large portion of my childhood but completely forgot any of the language I learnt!
