My role is Customer Support Executive. I deal with initial queries from our clients regarding the system and support them to use Firefish as efficiently as possible.
Why I like working at Firefish
I love the family culture at Firefish, we all have the same overall objectives, and it enables us to work together efficiently to achieve these goals. Firefish puts a lot of trust in their employees and are always open to new ideas; this is important to me as it creates a culture of honesty and empowers me to be successful at my job.
Did you know...
I love watching football and I’m a huge Newcastle United fan (although this isn’t anything to be proud of these days). I enjoy playing video games and snowboarding; me and my friends try to hit the slopes once a month in the abundance of indoor parks around the UK. Outside of that I’m a big outdoors person, whether that be hiking, wild camping or walking my dogs.
