What I do at Firefish

As Interim Director of Customer I'm looking forward to building on Firefish's success by sharing the knowledge of my experience. Hopefully I'll help identify more ways we can further delight clients and improve our service level which already has some excellent feedback.

Why I like working at Firefish

I'm excited to be joining a customer focused company which is working with leading software and a fantastic team ethos. I feel there is massive potential here and I'm thrilled to have the chance to help achieve it.

Did you know...

Outside of work, my wife and 2 sons keep me pretty busy. I help coach both my sons in Hurling and Gaelic so most evenings I'll be stood on a pitch somewhere (rain or shine). I enjoy travel, film, comedy, MMA and all things tech.
