What I do at Firefish

My role is Customer Support Executive. I deal with initial queries from our clients regarding the system and support them to use Firefish as efficiently as possible. 

Why I like working at Firefish

Firefish came across as a dynamic company, as I came into contact I found there was a huge enthusiasm for the brand. I have a background in data analysis mostly in the HR and recruitment space. I think that experience will prove to be valuable to my role at Firefish.
