B2B Outbound Lead Generation Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Lead Generator (or Growth Outreach Executive as you’re known here!) to both source and work with our extensive existing database of prospective customers, generating interest in Firefish and qualifying leads for our sales team to demo. We're not a call centre: we're a SaaS company and we trust you to work from home. There's no dialer, your calls aren't recorded...and we even let you go to the toilet without timing you!

You love speaking with business owners to find ways to make them even more successful, and your engaging manner gets prospective clients hooked on Firefish! You’ll also support existing clients who are considering upgrading to the next level of Firefish by taking them through an upgrade session, showing them the relevant additional functionality they could enjoy and demonstrating why this would be beneficial to their business.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, making a high volume of daily calls and will have the opportunity to forge a career in sales with a market-leading SaaS company.

Our perfect Growth Outreach Specialist will have the following skills and experience:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment where you make a high volume of daily B2B outbound calls.
  • Experience in working to KPIs, and a determination to smash them each and every day!
  • Coming from a client-facing background, you’re not easily intimidated and are comfortable and confident on phone and video calls with prospects at all levels.
  • You're an excellent communicator and have the ability to ask the right questions at the right time, and in the right way: you know how to coax the important information from a prospect.
  • You're confident not just on the phone, but in creating video and email content too.
  • You have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and the drive to make an impact!
