Customer Support Executive

We’re looking for a an excellent problem solver with an engaging passion for helping recruiters to swim to success to join us as a Customer Support Executive!

 

You’ll aid clients via various communication channels, building positive relationships with them and enabling them to engage with and utilise all aspects of Firefish. This can take the form of online support sessions to troubleshoot or identify and help clients to overcome obstacles, selecting or constructing appropriate help articles, or recording engaging how-to videos. With fantastic problem-solving skills, you’ll be able to identify technical issues and liaise with appropriate teams to ensure a resolution is found and clients receive feedback within appropriate timescales.

So, what are we looking for in our next Fish?

  • With a minimum of 1 year working in the recruitment sector as a Resourcer, Recruiter or Account Manager, you can demonstrate your ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • You have a genuine love of building relationships and supporting people, with experience of working as part of a team.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and have a real strength in active listening and asking the right questions to get a better understanding of areas of pain your customers may be feeling.
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • You have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • You’re confident in dealing with challenging customers and can professionally reason with them to a successful outcome.
