Are you creative, resourceful and always thinking about better ways to solve challenges that customers face with their software?

If so, this fin-tastic new role in the shoal might be just what you’re looking for!

Our Product Experience team is the bridge between the first line Customer Support team and our Development teams.  They conduct second line investigations; UAT; roadmap management and prioritisation; and product ownership in our Analytics, Web, CRM and Integrations areas.

As our Product Experience Functional Lead (as you’ll be known here!) you provide expert knowledge and have the ability to identify the best course of action when presented with individual and cross team challenges.

You inspire your colleagues by showing them the way forward, ensuring technical excellence in the team by performing your own tasks to the highest of standards, while also being approachable so that colleagues are confident in asking for help.

You’ll love this job if:

  • You’re all about processes: you love a good guide, are delighted by documentation and get a kick out of devising and updating them so that they’re clear and concise for others!
  • You love technology: you keep yourself continually aware of new technology and working practices, identifying and supporting in the implementation of new approaches into the team.  You can switch between different styles of working and technologies quickly and with minimal effort.
  • Your project planning is first class: you’re excited to manage the grouping of all the new customer requests through our community, prioritising and sponsoring these at the quarterly roadmap meeting to ensure that the ideas that will make the greatest positive impact for our customers get actioned.
  • You’re a top notch communicator: working closely with the wider business, you’re confident in sharing new feature ideas and improvement demos that allow for the preparation of marketing, sales, and support materials ready for release.  You make sure our teams understand that positive impact that the release will have for our customers, so can ensure that our customers are excited and able to use the product effectively.
  • You love testing: you get stuck into the full lifecycle from requirements to release and make sure that everything released is  stable – and does what it’s supposed to!
