Recruitment Customer Support Executive

£20,000 - £25,000, WFA & lots of benefits!

We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive to join the shoal to focus on customer growth and retention by building positive relationships with clients and enabling them to engage with and utilise all aspects of Firefish by answering lots of questions and selecting or constructing appropriate help articles or recording quick how-to videos.


You’ll be working collaboratively with both customers and other teams within the business, so it’s important that you’re a confident communicator and also an excellent problem solver with an analytical approach as you’ll be helping customers to overcome issues by identifying the root of their queries to recognise their wants and needs. Those great communication skills will also come into play as you coach new customers through their onboarding sessions at a pace and in a way that is most impactful for them.

So, what are we looking for in our next Fish?


  • You’ve worked as an agency recruiter for a minimum of one year
  • You understand the jargon, processes, pains and joy that agency recruiters experience every day
  • You have a solid understanding of multiple sectors and are adaptable, having no problem with working with both agency and in-house recruiters.
  • You're an excellent communicator and have a real strength in asking questions to get a better understanding of areas of pain your customers may be feeling
  • You have evidence of managing multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable in prioritising your own workload
  • You're able to deal with challenging customers and professionally reason with them to gain a successful outcome
  • You're dedicated to ensuring that clients get the most out of our products
  • You have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and the drive to make an impact!
