Recruitment Project Manager/Trainer

£25,000 - £30,000 + WFA and lots of amazing benefits!

Here at Firefish, we know the recruitment industry inside out and back to front.  We've been helping recruiters to change the way they recruit for 12 years now, and have won a multitude of awards for everything from our product and customer service to our culture and working environment (the Best UK Talent Tech Company to Work For amongst many other accolades!)

We've grown every year, and are delighted to be adding even more Fish to our shoal! We're dedicated to supporting you to accelerate your career, and offer the option to work from anywhere in the UK.

So, if you're a recruiter who's looking to swim in another direction, we may be just what you're looking for...

As a Client Projects Executive (as you'll be known here), you’ll work collaboratively with the Customer and Product teams with the aim of continually making it easier for our customers to achieve instant success from Firefish. You’ll take ownership of multiple clients simultaneously, managing all aspects of the relationship: from co-ordinating onboarding and delivering system training to managing any upgrade requirements to ensure that the system is being used effectively and swim to success. The Customer team focus on growth and retention, so you’ll provide guidance on recruitment best practice and how to achieve this using Firefish.

Our ideal next Fish has...

  • A minimum of 1 year working in the recruitment sector, either as a Resourcer, Recruiter or Account Manager. You understand the jargon, the pains and the joy of success that recruiters experience every day and will be confident in providing training and support to recruiters.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment, ideally across multiple sectors and can adapt to dealing with clients from agency and in-house backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a real strength in asking questions to get a better understanding of areas of pain your customers may be feeling.
  • Evidence of managing multiple projects simultaneously and are comfortable in prioritising your own workload.
  • Confidence in dealing with challenging customers and can professionally reason with them to a successful outcome. You’re passionate, love learning, and are very comfortable with technology.
  • Full alignment with our core values - we live and run our business by these, so make sure they fit with who you are!

Why Firefish?

It’s a really exciting time to join Firefish. We're one of the UK's fastest growing and most forward-thinking, cutting edge SaaS companies. We've won loads of awards and accolades for our product, our service and our company culture. Each and every Fish in the shoal has a voice and is encouraged to make a positive impact, and is given all the tools they need to be able to do so. Not only that, you pick where you work in line with our Work from Anywhere policy! We want to offer our Fish flexibility when working so you can choose either full time remote working, or a combination of remote working and days in our cultural Hub.

To belong, you must feel included and valued. Firefish strives to nurture a culture where inclusiveness is natural and not a prescribed initiative. We appreciate that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger, more cohesive work environment.

Our commitment to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, and experience drives us forward every day.
