Recruitment Success Manager

£31,000 - £33,000 + WFA & lots of benefits!

Firefish was born out of a high-performing recruitment team and has gone from strength to strength over the last eleven years. As the second fastest-growing technology business in Scotland and with multiple award wins under our belt (including Best Talent Tech Company to Work For!), we’re changing the way recruiters recruit, forever. Our business has thrived in these uncertain times, with new customers joining us every day and more recruiters than ever #lovethefish.

As a result of our extensive business growth, we have a brand new opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our shoal!

You'll use your strong communication and analytical skills to gain information from customers, delve into data to analyse health metrics, and identify clients who are under-using Firefish. The Customer team focus on growth and retention, so you’ll be helping customers to overcome issues while using information and feedback to build strategic plans that encourage retention and renewals.

You’ll be working collaboratively with both customers and other teams within the business, so it’s important that you’re a confident communicator and also an excellent problem solver with an analytical approach. Those negotiation and expectation management skills will also come into play as you identify opportunities to up-sell relevant upgrade, web update, coaching and consultancy services which will benefit your customers, and capture the key information required so that your colleagues in Customer Delivery can manage the projects.

Our perfect next Fish has:

  • A minimum of two years working in the recruitment sector as an Account Manager OR as an account manager in a related sector (e.g. a recruitment SAAS company or job board).  You understand the jargon, the pains and the joy of success that recruiters experience every day and use this knowledge to help our customers to swim to success.
  • A genuine passion for data, and a love of using facts and figures to provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a real strength in asking questions that gain a better understanding of areas of pain your customers may be feeling.
  • Evidence of managing multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable in prioritising your own workload.
  • Confident in and comfortable with using software to identify how to connect with customers in the most engaging and encouraging way.
  • Full alignment with our core values – we live and run our business by these so make sure they fit with who you are!

You'll get bonus points if you have experience of working as both a corporate and agency recruiter; have an understanding of marketing tactics and nurturing programmes; and/or have knowledge of Hubspot, Churn Zero, Intercom, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Why Firefish?
