With so many recruiters wanting to change the way they recruit, we’re looking to add a SaaS Sales Manager to our Growth team.

We do things differently here at Firefish, and sales is no exception! Working with a mix of inbound and outreach leads for the 11 plus recruitment agency market, you’ll be developing relationships online and offline, qualifying prospects’ pains, persuading them that the grass can be greener and tailoring a swim around Firefish to their business needs. You take them through the story of Firefish and convince them that we will ‘change the way they recruit. forever’

 

You’re going to love this job if:

  • You love engaging with people and enjoy interacting with prospects online. You’re comfortable targeting prospects using video, emails, social networks and / or event networking opportunities.
  • You have a real passion for the recruitment industry, and get a buzz from discussing recruitment challenges, business recruitment models to provide business owners with solutions that help them to swim to success.
  • You're enjoy negotiation and, importantly, closing deals! You’re determined to retain deal conversion rates, but when you don’t convert a deal you like to learn from it and come up with solutions to avoid this happening again.
  • Everyone at Firefish is encouraged to become an authority in the world of recruitment. You’re excited at thought of leading your own content channel: this could be using blogs, video, hosting online shows, or being invited to speak on the event circuit.
  • You thrive when you have the opportunity to take ownership of your business area. Developing quarterly and annual forecasts, you’ll proactively identify gaps in your plan while closely monitoring probability and achieving forecast targets.

 

Our ideal next Fish has a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a software SaaS sales team, ideally selling solutions to the recruitment market. You’re awesome at listening, asking questions, and presenting appropriate solutions that can be easily understood by non-technical people.

With a social footprint to be proud of and a love all things technology and online, you’re comfortable with new technologies and eager to get involved with new concepts. You’re curious and always learning. We love people that seek to better themselves, so you’ll never want to stand still or allow yourself to get comfortable.
