As a Sales Development Representative (or Growth Outreach Executive as you're known here!) you love speaking with recruitment business owners to learn more about their challenges, establishing how Firefish can help their business to grow. You build relationships with prospects in our existing database to provide our sales team with qualified leads, using your engaging manner to talk to prospective clients in a way that gets them hooked on Firefish! You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, making high volumes of daily calls and video introductions and are looking to forge a path into software sales with a market-leading SaaS company.
