We’ll be excited about you if:

• You have proven experience in customer or lifecycle marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology, and know how to create and deliver campaigns that drive measurable results.
• You have hands-on experience building AI agents or automated AI workflows, and are confident using AI to improve marketing processes, personalise communications and work smarter.
• You’re confident using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, with experience in customer segmentation, automated journeys and campaign reporting.
• You’re comfortable working with product analytics and customer data, using tools such as PostHog or similar to understand customer behaviour, identify opportunities and measure success.
• You have excellent communication and content creation skills, with the ability to turn complex product features into engaging customer communications, campaigns and educational content.
• You’re highly organised, creative and commercially minded, with experience delivering webinars and multi-channel campaigns, and the confidence to take ownership, experiment with new ideas and manage multiple priorities.

• A basic salary of £32,000 - £44,000 per annum
