As a Data Migration Technical Expert (as you'll be known here!) you'll own complex CRM data migrations from start to finish, using your technical expertise to deliver accurate, efficient migrations while continually improving our tools, processes and automation.

We'll be excited about you if:
- You've successfully delivered multiple end-to-end CRM or SaaS data migration projects and are comfortable managing competing priorities
- You have strong SQL and SSIS experience and can confidently troubleshoot complex data issues
- You use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to accelerate technical problem-solving, scripting and documentation while applying appropriate quality controls
- You combine excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills and can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- You're proactive, organised and take ownership of delivering accurate, secure and reliable migration outcomes
And you'll get bonus points for:
- Experience with C# or developing internal tools to improve automation and migration efficiency.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles, particularly when handling sensitive customer data.
- Previous experience working within a SaaS software business, particularly in customer onboarding, implementation or data migration.
