Head of Implementation

We’re looking for a Head of Implementation to design and execute scalable strategies that make our SaaS implementations truly best-in-class. Whether you’re delivering for a new customer or rolling out an upgrade, you’ll set the playbook, lead the team, and ensure every project lands on time, on budget, and with zero data loss.

Here’s a flavour of what you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the strategy and delivery of high-value SaaS onboarding, implementation, and data migration projects
  • Building scalable frameworks that cut delivery time without compromising quality
  • Overseeing complex migrations with zero downtime and rock-solid risk mitigation
  • Introducing automation, AI-readiness, and continuous improvement into every project
  • Acting as the strategic escalation point for complex or high-stakes client deliveries
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success for seamless handovers
  • Analysing delivery performance to spot trends, risks, and opportunities – and acting on them
  • Coaching, mentoring, and growing a high-performance implementation team

You’ll excel if you have…

  • Proven leadership experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or client delivery
  • A strong track record in managing managers or senior team leads
  • Deep experience in data migration strategy, planning, and execution
  • Ability to translate company goals into operational strategies that deliver results
  • Sharp analytical skills to identify and manage risks while finding efficiency gains
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a strong appetite for innovation and AI

And you’ll get bonus points for…

  • Experience in RecTech, HR Tech, or the recruitment industry
  • CRM/ATS integration experience (Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, etc.)
  • Hands-on automation or process optimisation expertise

  • A basic salary of £50,000 - £59,000 per annum
