As our QA Manager, you’re a vital part of our management team, working closely with the Head of Product Experience to guide and inspire a high-performing test team that delivers software products of exceptional quality. With a keen eye for team dynamics, you foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and accountability, aligning your team’s strengths to business goals and customer expectations. Your hands-on approach means you’re not afraid to join in testing when needed, using these insights to refine processes and drive your team to even greater success.

  • A basic salary of £36k- £45k per annum
