Senior Customer Success Executive

We’re passionate about Rec Tech and love seeing our customers thrive. As a Customer Success Senior Executive you’re at the heart of helping recruitment agencies get the very best from Firefish; building trusted relationships, uncovering opportunities and helping our customers achieve their goals.

You combine your understanding of the recruitment industry with a genuine passion for helping people succeed. By getting to know our customers’ businesses, using data to spot opportunities and sharing ideas that make a real difference, you help them work smarter, get more from their CRM and unlock their potential.

You'll find this role exciting if:

  • You’re passionate about helping others succeed and love building relationships that make a genuine difference to customers’ businesses.
  • You enjoy understanding how a business operates, exploring how technology can make things easier and helping customers discover better ways of working.
  • You love taking data and turning it into meaningful insights, spotting opportunities to improve performance, increase adoption and help customers get more from Firefish.

We’ll be excited about you if:

  • You have at least 18 months' experience as a recruiter, recruitment account manager or in an operational role within a recruitment team, OR experience as an account manager or success manager within a recruitment SaaS company or job board. You understand the jargon, the pains and the joy of success that recruiters experience every day, and use this knowledge to help our customers swim to success.
  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to understand customer challenges, recommend improvements and help them get the most from their CRM.
  • You’re commercially minded and highly organised, with the confidence to identify upselling opportunities, use customer data to spot areas for improvement and manage multiple priorities while delivering great customer experiences.

We appreciate that to have a good life at work you need to have a good life outside of work too! So, for this role we offer:

  • A basic salary of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum
  • Remote-first working & flexible hours: adjust your schedule to fit around your out-of-work commitments (as long as you're available for our core hours!)
  • 25 days holiday (plus 8 public holidays)
  • Medical cashback for optical, dental, therapy treatments and consultations up to £1170 per year for you, and additional allowance for dependent children
  • Private healthcare, GP service, healthclub discounts, retail discounts and cashback
  • 24/7 mental health support line, face-to-face CBT sessions, and in-house mental health first aider
  • Structured career development programmes and in-house coaches
