Senior Database Administrator

Our DevOps team is the backbone of our product, keeping the beating heart of our platform thriving through shaping our technical infrastructure, monitoring and optimising performance, automating and improving operational tasks, and ensuring that our database schemas support our application and business logic.

As our Senior Database Administrator, you oversee the performance, optimisation and reliability of our SQL Server environments.  You use your deep understanding of SQL Server architecture, query tuning and schema design to support development teams and ensure scalability and improved performance of robust database operations.

We'll be excited about you if: 

  • You have significant experience as a Database Administrator with a focus on SQL Server, and experience with SQL Server in virtualised environments
  • You have in-depth understanding of SQL Server architecture, T-SQL programming and database design principles
  • You have experience of managing SQL Server upgrades, migrations and automation with strong expertise in query tuning, index optimisation and performance troubleshooting
