As our Test Manager, you support the Head of Product Experience by managing the operational direction for a team that ensures the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and business requirements. Leveraging your expertise in continuous improvement initiatives, you understand how to motivate a team, identify strengths and areas of improvement while ensuring that tasks are managed successfully and all deadlines are met. You'll roll up your sleeves and muck in with testing where required, and use this experience to keep up to date with the effectiveness of both your processes and your team.

  • A basic salary of £36k- £45k per annum
