You’ll own…
- The numbers: Exceeding new ARR and bookings targets, and tight weekly forecast with zero surprises
- Market development (SMB & Mid‑Market): Building on two existing sales teams you’ll sharpen ICP/segmentation, target lists, sequences, and channel mix (direct, partner, and community) to drive high‑quality top‑of‑funnel
- Deal excellence: Lifting win rates through crisp qualification (MEDDICC/Command), partner strategies, and competitive plays
- Sales assets & enablement: Building the library of positioning, pitch decks, demo scripts, ROI calculators, case studies, objection handling, and proposal templates
- Pricing & packaging: Testing and optimising for agency workflows, and owning discount discipline and approvals
- Leadership & motivation: Uplevelling and inspiring the SMB and Mid‑Market teams while setting quotas/comp plans. You coach hard, celebrate wins, and maintain a high‑tempo, target‑obsessed culture!
- Reporting (Executive Board & Investors): Reporting directly to the Executive Board and investors, you own the narrative and provide board- and investor‑grade visibility on pipeline, bookings, ARR, margin, and risk/opportunity through monthly board packs and investor updates

- Lead outbound sales to convert new clients and demonstrate ROI across perm, temp, and contract workflows
- Oversee onboarding & implementation through a Director/Head reporting to you — you’ll coach, set standards, and bring the best out of this leader to ensure rapid client adoption and time‑to‑value
- Lead Customer Success & Support via Directors/Heads who report to you, enabling and elevating these leaders to maximise adoption, renewals, upsell, and long‑term satisfaction
- Monitor the KPI stack: ARR, churn, Net Revenue Retention, NPS/CSAT, product adoption, and recruiter productivity
You’ll excel if you have…
- 8–10 years of senior commercial leadership in B2B SaaS with a hands-on new-business track record
- Deep knowledge of recruitment workflows (perm, temp, contract) and sector‑specific challenges (candidate supply, job board competition, compliance)
- Strong experience leading outbound sales, onboarding, customer success, and support teams
- Board‑level reporting experience, with private equity‑backed growth experience desirable
