Firefish provides cutting-edge recruitment software solutions to help agencies optimise processes, improve candidate engagement, and grow their business. We work with ambitious mid-market agencies and are passionate about transforming the way recruitment teams operate. We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with experience in recruitment SaaS, a passion for the recruitment market, and a proven track record in selling to agencies with 11+ users. You'll be responsible for building, nurturing, and converting a sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth for Firefish.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting mid-market recruitment agencies (11+ employees)
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Develop strong, consultative relationships with key decision makers
- Deliver demos that showcase the value of Firefish
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
You'll also:
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the recruitment and SaaS markets to identify opportunities
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and enhance prospect engagement
- Provide market insights to support the development of key features to dazzle your decision makers!
You'll excel if you have:
- At least 2 years’ experience selling SaaS solutions to recruitment agencies. You understand the jargon, the pains and the joy of success that recruiters experience every day and are confident in providing the right solutions to their problem.
- A proven background in achieving a measurable sales target: you’re able to play your part in implementing growth strategies, sharing reflections and learnings from your experiences.
- A solid understanding of permanent, contract and temp recruitment, the key trends in the recruitment market, and can adapt to dealing with clients from agency and in-house backgrounds.
- A social footprint to be proud of and a love all things technology and online, so you’re comfortable with new technologies and eager to get involved with new concepts.

- A basic salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
